Clear Living Product Warranty
If the defect is discovered during the warranty period, Clear Living will repair or replace it with no charge if the part of the product is proved defective of material under normal use and maintenance.
- Clear Living products are covered by limited product warranty. (Excluding Meo and Bev Guard products)
- The warranty period starts from the date of the products purchased.
- The warranty period is subject to the individual product. (Kindly refer to the product page)
- Warranty does not cover claims resulting from:
-Misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance
-Use, abuse, alteration or involvement in an accident.
-Normal wear and tear item.
- Clear Living do not over the expenses occur during & after the warranty claim process
How to claim warranty?
- You must first contact us and determine the problem.
- Please perform the serial number or purchase invoice as your proof of purchase.
- To eligible for the warranty claims, please register with us through:

or refer to our dealer/reseller.
- The return can be done at Selangor or Penang office through walk in or courier service
- Once technical team will access the claim and advise the next cause of action to whether to repair or exchange for new unit.
- Clear Living will delivery back to the repair or the exchange product.
- Please take note the replacement of the product does not extend the warranty period.
