You may return your order the following reasons:
- You may return the purchase If you change of mind within 7 days.
- You received the wrong item in your package
What are the requirements for returns?
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition and unopened packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts.
- The product must not have been used or installed.
How to return?
- To be eligible for the return, please contact our customer service for an arrangement.
- Please prepare a receipt or proof of purchase for the return verification.
- The return is only valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be unused and with the original packaging.
- The return goods should hand into us or deliver it to our KL or Penang office.
- If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
- Clear Living will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
- Once we check and confirmed, our customer service officer will contact you.
How do we Refund?
- Once a return is approved, Clear Living will refund an online store voucher with an equivalent amount of the purchased (according to the invoice).
